（一）重庆爱心志愿者总队的发展和历程 The Course of Development of Love Corp Volunteers in Chongqing 随着社会经济的快速发展与进步和改革开放的深入，志愿服务工作已经成为社会共同关注的爱心事业。为弘扬“奉献、友爱、互助、进步”的志愿精神、投入和谐社会建设。由李沸岑先生、李永宁先生倡导，并与唐建华、朱兰、肖敏、刘有才、艾劲帆、高兴祥、陈延军、汪安富等人共同发起的非营利性民间公益组织。组成人员有：企业家、金融家、律师、医生、教师、公务员、商务人士、艺术家、离退休人员等爱心人士在2010年3月份共同组成重庆爱心促进会（现名重庆爱心志愿者总队）。 With society’s rapid economic growth and improvement, and the advancement of the Chinese economic reform, volunteer work has become the common focus of society’s charity work. This organization is dedicated to the building of a harmonious society, in order to promote the volunteer spirit of “Dedication, Friendship, Cooperation, and Progress.” Mr. Li Feicen, and Mr. Li Yongning initiated, and Tang Jianhua, Zhu Lan, Xiao Min, Liu Youcai, Ai Jinfan, GaoXingxiang, Chen Yanjun, and Wang Anfu et al. together founded this non-profit, non-governmental, charity organization. Its members, comprised of entrepreneurs, financiers, lawyers, doctors, educators, civil servants, businessmen, artists, retirees, and many more compassionate people, in March 2010 established the Chongqing Association for Promoting Compassion (now known as Love Corp Volunteers in Chongqing). 在重庆市志愿服务工作指导中心的指导下，以注重社会公益和谐，将“爱心互助、慈善济世”为目标。于去年组织过若干公益活动。其中具有影响力的大型公益慈善活动，有《心无界，爱永恒》，《爱心小天使暑假灾区体验行》，《心系留守儿童，关注贫困学校》，《冬日阳光温暖你我》，《关爱成长，共建未来》。现有专职人员5名，志愿者300余名。地址位于：重庆市江北区观音桥北辰名都25－10室。 Under the direction of the Chongqing City Volunteer Guidance Center, this organization emphasizes social harmony and has the goal of “helping each other with love, and helping the world with charity.” Last year, we organized some public service activities. Some of the large scale charity events for the public welfare with the greatest impact include “Forever Love with no Boundaries,” “Loving Angel Summer Disaster Area Relief Experience”, “Heart Tied to Left Behind Kids, Caring for Poor Schools”, “The Winter Sunshine Warms You and Me”, and “Let Compassion Grow, and Build the Future.” Right now there are 5 full-time employees, and more than 300 volunteers. The address is: 25-10 BeichenMingdu, Guanyinqiao, Jiangbei District, Chongqing City. （二）重庆爱心志愿者总队的人文诉求 The Appeals to Humanity of Love Corp Volunteers in Chongqing 重庆爱心志愿者总队团队重视每个参与者的意愿，重视调动每个参与者的积极性和创造欲。总队将得到每个参与者的认同作为建立团队的基础，将每个参与者在团队中找到自我的归属作为团队建设的方向，将每个参与者在团队中能得到成就作为团队建设的最终目标。 The Love Corp Volunteers in Chongqing team values the wishes of every participant, and mobilizes every participant’s enthusiasm and creativity. The consensus of every participant is the foundation of team building; letting every participant find their own place in the team is the direction needed to build a team, and letting every participant gain accomplishments in the team is the ultimate goal. 我们一直用自己的行动坚持：我们以公益的性质吸引人，我们以建立良好的团队氛围团结人，我们以坚持不懈的公益活动感染人，我们用每次志愿者活动的分享感动人。把我们的团队建立象一个家一样就是团队作为建设的最终诉求，也是我们团队建设发展的基础。 We always persist in our actions: We use the nature of public welfare to attract people, we build a good atmosphere in our team to unite people, we persevere unremittingly in public welfare activities in order to influence people, and we share every volunteer’s experiences to affect people.
